Elmer is a distinguished and highly respected figure in the North Pole community, serving as Santa Claus' Chief Booking Agent for many decades.
Born into a family of skilled toy makers, Elmer exhibited a keen organizational talent and an innate ability to connect with others from an early age. His knack for logistics and his genuine love for bringing joy to children made him a natural fit for the crucial role of coordinating Santa's global appearance operation.
As Chief Booking Agent, Elmer is responsible for managing the meticulous schedule of Santa Claus during the busiest time of the year—Christmas. He coordinates Santa's appearances at malls, parades and charity events, and individual appearances with children and families like yours.
Prior to becoming Chief Booking Agent, Elmer was in charge of the Naughty and Nice List. Elmer and his team of dedicated elves carefully tracked and updated the list based on reports from various sources: reports from Santa's scout elves, letters from children, and observations from around the globe.
